When I got my new Equinox EV home, it had a couple scratches on the bumper. I brought it in and they showed me it was only adhesive from the tape that secured the protective covering on the car during rail transport. That was my only complaint that they corrected. Otherwise, great dealership. Bought the Equinox EV instead of a Tesla Y because I trust Kendal and Tesla has no dealerships!

Needed to replace my 15 year old Traverse because of $6,000 worth of repairs that were needed. Had not planed on buying a new car. He showed me a used car, 2024 model, with 15,000 miles, that was owned by the dealership and still had that new car smell. Devin worked with me and arranging the deal was simple and easy. I brought the Traverse from Kendall, will buy my next one from them.

There is always a lack of communication when I make a appt. I always have to talk to at least 3 people and go over the same thing, and placed on hold 10-15 min and passed around like a ball. When I checked in ONLY to get a new set of keys, ( which I driver 25 min to the dealer one way) it still wasn't all squared away, but my service person (Kevin Grube) was very helpful and got it figured out- even though he should of had all that when I checked in. But he was great!
This is the pace to go if you are looking for a new vehicle. The technicians are friendly, courteous and informative. The estimated time for service was beat by 15 min and I got to recharge my EV at their power charger which was awesome!
Isaiah and the individual who came out to buff out finish on tailgate were great!
We had a sensor changed in the gas tank and it works well but they never reset the check engine light so I had to. Small thing but shows poor quality in service.

The counter staff is very polite and helpful. I was just in for an oil change. Unfortunately they failed to set the tire pressure. Disappointing because the only two things OnStar said was wrong was I was due for an oil change and the tire pressure needed set low air in both back tires and one front.

While servicing my truck the broke my TPMS system. I never have them rotate my tires yet they were in the head and did it anyway. When I returned to pick up the truck, they told me that they couldn’t get the sensors and the wheels to sync with the system in the truck. Tried to get me to buy new ones when I’ve had already had them replaced. Three months previous ended up having to take them to one of our local tire shops to get it fixed. Easy to set up appointment. They took our car in and serviced it in a very timely manner. Kevin, was as usual very friendly and helpful.
I was in between paychecks and couldn’t get an oil change which I was very stressed and worried about. I came in just to have my oil checked and topped off until I could pay for an oil change. Don't touch any hybrid or electric vehicles made by Chevy they won't back up their products. I bought a Chevy Volt a couple months ago from private party with 100k. Drove the car and loved it for the 500 miles I had it. Then it bricked. Brought it in and this was best they could do to help $8500. It is literally only a few months out of warranty. Paul Casey was the nicest easiest guy to work with and truly gave me a great deal on my Ford Ranger.
Everyone was very helpful. The oil change, rotating the tires and putting on the front license plate was done quickly. Wish we had them in Redmond.

Very helpful with my service work, called me when technician found out source of 'check engine' light. Gave me the information, how much the fee would be and approximately how long it would be to complete it. Gave my approval and he call me when it was completed! It has been working wonderfully! Purchased my car here in 2018 and always have service work done here!

A little disappointed. Had scheduled a oil change and tire rotation. When I got there was advised I needed Four Wheel Drive Service, which I authorized. Work was done timely or so I thought. Pretty sure the tires were not rotated as requested based on the on board tire pressure monitor. Has not changed from when I first brought it in.

Was quoted the cost of my battery replacement over the phone. When I arrived to pay it was double what I was told on the phone. Not to mention my car was not fixed and after the 2nd time bringing it in, it is now in worse condition than it was the first time I brought it in.

I just had a terrible experience at this dealership. The salesman was Jacob. He was fine showing me a Sierra truck. The sticker price was 65,000. His lines were all scripted when it came time to negotiate. They offered me at least 2-4 grand below what Kelly Blue said my Toyota truck was worth. They refused to negotiate on the Sierra, sticking to the sticker price. So I walked out and he followed me out to my truck and said to me, "Were you this mean selling homes?" Always provide a great deal when purchasing a new vehicle. Eric the salesman we have dealt with is always low pressure and gets us what we need. Service department has always been professional and completed all work before the estimated time.
Sweet as pie on the phone, but no help when you arrive there. The clerks clearly are more interested in chatting with each other than actually deigning to speak to you, and then immediately want to hand you off to some one else. Why is there no one person to specifically greet and direct people? It's customer service 101. Hope you have lots of time to waste; this is a business that is more than happy to keep you waiting.
My experience with the sales and service staff at Kendall Chevrolet has been nothing but amazing! I always feel like I’m the only one there and with these new statewide guidelines for social distancing, I felt safe and was comfortable knowing the staff at Kendall Chevrolet had my health as a top priority. If you do the financing for the vehicle you purchase with Chevy be aware that they LIE about your interest rate to try and include a warranty you may not even want So they can make more money!

Stopped in to check out a new Chevy Silverado 3500HD. Once the sales guy was able to finally locate the keys to look inside, we found McDonald's garbage in the console & the trucks exterior was fithly.

I've been a customer of Kendall Chevrolet Cadillac for about 8 years. Bought 2 vehicles with extended warranties on each. My saleman Blake Hunt has always been a great guy. I was from out of town and got dumped on the lot late Sunday afternoon, service was closed until 7am Monday and no rental cars available. They offered to take us where ever we needed to go for the night. Monday at 7am I called and shared my problem with the service department, by 9am they called back had diagnosed, had the parts and by noon I was on my way home.
Their services department is the worst. They had my truck for nearly a month last November. The items fixed were made worse. Finally got the truck back and the next day the hose for the turbo blows off. I call them and tell them that it looks like the clamp broke due to them over tightening. They say I must have done it and the clamp would cost me around 150 dollars. Also when I picked my truck up the bill was supposed to be 925 but I get there and they said 999. "A thorough 140-point safety and mechanical inspection and is covered under our exclusive 'Kendall Auto Protection Plan'." They missed the leaking radiator and oil leak around the emission system on the back side of the head. Bought this car used 3 months ago. Think they are willing to fix it? Nope not at all. They told me every 15,000 miles that my 2005 Chevy Aveo had no cabin air filter. After 45,000 miles I pulled the glove compartment out to check myself...I found a 45,000 mile filthy cabin air filter. I wanted my spark plugs changed at 30,000 miles. They told me I have platinum plugs so it wasn't necessary to change them. I asked them to check the plugs...They weren't platinum plugs. SUMMARY: Kendall of Eugene sold my automotive service provider a part (transmission) with a warranty (3yr/100,000 miles) that ended up failing after 1 year/20,000 miles, then did not back the warranty, quoted me repair costs for other issues that were 2/3rds higher than my service provider would charge me, did not return my calls or emails, then finally after multiple communication attempts Kendall responded but would not provide service or help (details below). A well-known company broke my side mirror. I came in to Kendall for a quote for their insurance co. to fix it and made an appt to do so. When I came in for my appt to have it fixed I was told they didnt have all the insurance info they needed and was forced to make another appt to come back. Why I have given this rating is because I found the one person who I have learned to trust to help me find the right car for my wife and I, he has spent considerable time putting up with two undecided old people who just need some help and direction, Ben Van Mol has been great and is well worth the hour drive to get to Eugene, we will buy a new car from him and no one else when we are ready.
The experience with Reggie was like no other, it was awesome. First time we went to a car lot that we didn't walk out off. He was very knowledgeable, nice, not in your face or pressuring. I purchased my 2007 Tahoe new from Kendall. The sales experience was ok. Where Kendall really shines is in the service department. In the five years of dealing with Donovan Baker and twice with John Keller, they are very consumer oriented, wanting every customer to be satisfied with their work. I cannot say enough about how well I have been treated by Donovan and John. They are in class by themselves for outstanding service.
My service advisor, Don Baker, has always provided me with the very best service over the many years I have been associated with Kendall. Donavan always follows through on service issues to keep me informed of whats needed to keep my vehicles operating efficiently.
All the guys at Kendall Chevrolet were amazingly friendly! It was quite a process for me as I'm a student and needed to end up getting a co-signer so that I could get into my car. Nothing wrong with dealership - it's Chevy. Most of us had our expectation level raised with Japanese cars. I bought American and it never occured to me that I would have to purchase my security screen seperatey. Come On!
After several poor experiences at a different Cadillac service shop, I drove to Eugene to try Kendall. Very happy with the customer service I received from Josh. It's almost an hour away from my home, but worth the trip to get reliable service.
I am interested in the Cruze. I visited a competitor to make a dealer comparison. Clearly, Kendall is the best choice. I plan to make a purchase this Spring.
We had a defective exhaust manifold and gaskets replaced on our 2008 Chevy Malibu. Service was efficient and timely. Bret provided good communication about the problem and solution. This work was covered under powertrain warranty. We purchased the car used from Kendall in 2010. The purchase was a good experience and the folks at Kendall are professional, competent and responsive to our concerns and questions.
On(10/8/11)took our 2011 Chevy Cruze car in for oil change was told it needed some work they made appt took it back they didnt have the part. Finally after all day long they found a part to put on our car. They treated me like I was a dumb blonde.. I did not appreciate that at all.
